 JBANC Chairman Henry Gaidis (Lithuanian American Council), Paul Goble (FSI), and Edward Lucas (The Economist) mingle before the panel begins.
Speakers on the third panel, "JBANC's Role Since 1961 and Baltic Activism," commemorated JBANC for its accomplishments during the past fifty years and considered opportunities for continued Baltic activism in the future. Panelists included Mel Huang, Mari-Ann Kelam (former Estonian Parliamentarian), Janis Kukainis (American Latvian Association), Edward Lucas (The Economist). Paul Goble (FSI) served as panel moderator.
